The Board views this as an individual homeowner issue. There is nothing we can do as a subdivision.
Besides a yard spray, there are mole poisons in pellet or worm form you can place in the mole tunnel, spike and scissor type, spring loaded traps, and sonic devices. We've read castor oil is another means to keep them out of your yard. Insecticide will remove one of their favorite foods, grubs, but worms are another, thus the poison form noted above.
Some board members have success with a device called the Mole Eliminator. It's a scissor type spring loaded trap, easily set with your foot. You can buy it on line. Usually best to have more than one.
